Illinois Wrestling Check-in is a tool for monitoring and managing lifestyle decisions that can effect our peak athletic performance. We believe that in addition to wrestling, strength training and conditioning, it is important to manage recovery, sleep, diet, distractions and mindfulness to be the best that we can be.
Instructions: Each day (7 days per week), log in to this site and complete the survey. It will take you about 1 minute. Your login is your school email and your initial password is "illini". You will be prompted to create a new password on your first login.
It is important to complete the surveys honestly and accurately. Doing so will raise your own awareness of your lifestyle choices as well as allow coaches and trainers to provide you with feedback and ideas for improvement. This is only for your benefit. It will not be used against you.
